This had not made it on my list, but it might have. The themes are right up my alley and I like stream-of-consciousness. I don’t like messy construction though, which sounds like might be the flaw here. This is why I am loving this challenge!

As an expat, I find there is a real-life theme here that some couples face. They marry with different expectations, and each partner expecting and wanting to live in the OTHER person’s culture! This causes those couples to break up, eventually. The couples who end up deciding TOGETHER which culture to live in usually end up staying together.
