In a court of law you listen to all sides of the argument and the jury decides the fate.
So as in this case a number of people have elected the BNP to represent them (though personally I believe they are wrong in doing so) however through debates you begin to understand what they stand for and surely must be heard at the very least,whether the general public agrees is another matter.
Whether the all new European Parliament would agree with me I very much doubt it !
