Just a vertical drop off to the water, around 5 meters down, and then when you get there a climb back up another bluff about the same height. Never was there at high water though, may be easier to enter and egress this time of year.

“Another rebel commander lashed out at African Union and UN peacekeepers, who are struggling to provide security in a region broadly the size of Turkmenistan with just over a third of the 26,000 troops they have been promised.”

I’m willing to offer a prize to the first person who gets the Spain comparison into a story. If anyone gets a Turkmenistan comparison into a story I will swim naked to Tuti Island

Or Croatia and Iraq put together.
Croatia had 14,000 UN troops.
Iraq still has 150,000 US troops.

Twice the size of the UK?
There are 168,000 police in the UK.
How feeble does that make our 10,000 friends at UNAMID?

I would particularly like to see those using that other journalistic measuring device – the double decker bus
