However, what remains lacking is an actual strategy as well as the absence of any, let alone proper, monitoring and evaluation tools.
Gonna be interesting to talk to Morningside Analytics and Berkman’s Media Cloud about their experience in evaluating the actual effectiveness (or not) of new/social media in contentious politics during the afternoon expert working group. Also wanna talk to Facebook about tracking Am-Az and Am-Tr connections.
