Moreover, in another development, a presidential “hotline” has been set up to counter “false information spread online.”
While again this could be aimed at disseminating propaganda to counter the same coming from other countries, the wording of some of the news items relating to this development is somewhat alarming.

Dissemination of invalid, biased, false data and disinformation, shaping of negative image of Armenia seriously dangers international prestige and authority of the Republic of Armenia and against the interests of the whole Armenianness. link

This is in addition to speculation that certain pro-government bloggers are monitoring blogs for the NSS and presidential administration.
