My friend, changes is really slow in that country for it is still in the midst of war between groups of the country. I am glad that you are interested on how to stop the war that has been going on for almost 3 decades. You are a journalist, it's your responsibility to document the things you see through essays and videos. I must say that you are brave man. Keep it, up.

It is nice to see some “real” coverage of whats going on out there in Helmand. My husband is with the Grenadier Guards – hoping to spot him in one of your videos!! Thank you for sharing with us some live footage – its a great update for home!!
